K1X OUTLASTS HITS ALL-STARS AT SUN STADIUM'S MID SUMMER CLASSIC
At quite possibly the most anticipated game of the summer, K1X All-Stars took on the HITS All-Stars Sunday afternoon at Orchard Beach, quickly becoming better known as Sun Stadium. With an All-Star cast of Darren Phillip, Kenny Satterfield, The Cab Driver, Optimus Prime, Megatron, James "Stix" Williams, The Undertaker, Antawn Dobie, Will Cadiz, Special EFX and others, fans tuned into another HITS mid summer classic. With the game being close throughout, K1X took control in the second half when their star "Primal Fear" Darren Phillip scored 16 of his team high 25 points in the third quarter. Once K1X took the lead, they took it for good, prevailing and leaving Sun Stadium with a 110-106 victory over the HITS All-Stars.
